Novagrow 2.0

Innovative urban agriculture that reconnects with nature

Challenge

The need for an innovative yet simple solution for a more circular urban agriculture

Novagrow's mission is to innovate for better urban and circular agriculture by offering an indoor garden. The design needed to be thought out so that every part of the system can be easily replaced in the event of a defective part.
Process

Aiming to encourage sustainable practices with a practical user-centered design

Through a creative design process, we were able to break down the product’s whole life cycle, making sure that every component can be recyclable or composted at the end of a crop cycle.
Result

Easy to assemble, to use and to maintain

The final product showcases eco-friendly bamboo wood, energy-saving LED lighting system and abundant greenery, providing an elegant look that brings back a piece of nature into the urban kitchen. The design allows anyone to grow different varieties of herbs and nutritious vegetable shoots at home, all year round.
